Initial File Review

It is critical and cost effective to any new matter to determine the proximate cause as soon as possible. Every new case is reviewed in the office before undertaking scene and vehicle inspections. This review determines whether an inspection is warranted, providing an engineering opinion in a cost effective manner.

Scene and Vehicle Inspections

The scene of a crash and the damage sustained by vehicles provide important information as to the events of any crash. Vehicles and roadways are documented in a timely and cost effective manner to preserve the evidence and provide a basis for an engineering reconstruction of the crash events.

Deposition Review

Depositions can be reviewed to determine whether the testimony is consistent with the physical facts of the crash and standard reconstruction techniques.

Flat Fee Reconstruction

A summary of the events and testimony and/or photographs are reviewed in the office to provide an engineering opinion as to the events of the crash. A report of the analysis is provided to you for a set fee.
